I noticed that as of late I have reviewed some steamy movies and it got me thinking about what people consider sexy in a movie or TV show. So today I ask, what for you is the sexiest movie or TV show you’ve watched? Is it smoldering and subtle? Or in your face and brash? Whatever your preference, please give it as this could be a very interesting discussion.

I always like to give ‘Bound’ a plug. Jennifer Tilly is super sexy in that. And ‘Wild Things’ takes some beating, but you have featured that before. A TV mention has to go to Jennifer Ehle, for her sexy role in the adaptation of ‘The Camomile Lawn.’
For everyday viewing, Nigella Lawson’s cookery programmes are sexy enough for me!

Just looked at the trailer for Bound, looks really sexy. And Wild Things is very steamy to say the least.

‘Bound’ is available in an uncut version too! Besides the sexy girls, Joe Pantoliano plays a great gangster in it.

Regarding Sexy tv shows there is now Game of thrones who has that kind of feeling as had in its time Rome and Spartacus TV shows too, now regarding movies I may go more with classical stuff like James Bond Movies, or “Emmanuelle” or even more classical movies like ” La Dolce Vita” sometimes suggestion is far more intense and appealing than seeing a pai of buns in the big screen. I should add Basic Instinct too , but it’s also a Thriller movie but can’t get out of seeing this without being troubled 🙂

Some of my favorite sexy movies are the 1967 French film “Belle du Jour”, the original film version of “Lolita”, a Spanish-language film called “Tie Me Up, Tie Me Down!”, “The Secretary”, & Italian-language film “Nine”.
HBO’s “True Blood” (a sexy vampire show, I know 🙈) was one of the hottest things on TV. “Boardwalk Empire” was…well if you like vintage clothes it was visually gorgeous, but there was also a scene with Gretchen Moll, Bobby Cannavale, & a belt, and anyone who likes S & M knows that was MUST SEE TV.
I watch NBC’s “The Blacklist” & never miss an episode, because James Spader was so good in “The Secretary” I need more of him.
One of the late George Carlin’s comedy specials comes on HBO & I’ll watch, even though I’ve already seen. George Carlin wasn’t just funny, he was intelligent, and intelligence is attractive.

Belle du Jour had a really classy eroticism to it I found. I have yet to watch True Blood, but it looks very sexy.

I dislike like pornography because watching is tedious and boring (I Know this doesn’t count as you don’t get porn in film, or do we?) However TV Channels do stream soft focus porn which is fake as and equally boring, personally I’m all for watching an actress say undress to her underwear or take a bath………. far more erotic than all that ridiculous rolling around on a bed!
Oh and I nearly forgot my favourite Movie, how about Sharon Stone uncrossing her legs in Basic Instinct, no knickers and fabulously erotic.

I just started watching the show “Ray Donovan” (2 eps. in) and so far I’d call it pretty sexy.

Banshee ~ awesome sex & violence (though not simultaneously)
The Night Manager, only 2 sexy scenes, but Tom Hiddleston stars and he’s sexy all the way through.
Love Game of Thrones but wouldn’t call it sexy.
Movie- Monsters Ball- Halle Berry & Billy Bob Thornton bonkers sex scene in that.

It was excellent V-man, I know you love Bond movies, and this was a lot like them, can’t recommend it enough, if you have it on BBC i player, get it done 🙂

it’s an independent movie, you will have to keep an open mind while watching this movie because it pushes all boundaries, please let me know what’s opinion after you have seen it.

Feel like I should explain that last one. The Other Woman is a terrible movie and nothing remotely sexy actually happens except for one thing: Kate Upton. Her jiggle factor is way way off the charts and me likes jiggling. Hell, I don’t know if her boobs ever stop moving. She is a horrible actress, but I couldn’t tear my eyes from her. Sad, I know.

Sexiest movie or tv show you’ve watched? Maybe I’m getting old but I’m shocked to say nothing immediately comes to mind. Of course I adore Jennifer Garner so you can’t go past Season 2 of Alias. As I’ve mentioned in my Deadpool review there was nothing wrong with the black one. 😉 I marvel at her beauty in Daredevil which is a flawed film best but neither of these are really sexy beyond Garner’s involvement. I thought the sex scene in Enemy at the Gates was kinda real and done well. Maybe that’s sexy. But what film or tv show just took my breath away with its sexiness? Hmm. I’ll have to get back to you but may I say I love the photo you chose. Black and white photography and lingerie are always pretty sexy. I would add first Adaptation I found very sexy and second I thought Jeanne Tripplehorn’s sex scene was way sexier than anything Sharon Stone did. Tearing at clothes, unable to wait to get them all off. That’s hot.

Ooh good question! I think the early seasons of True Blood would be up there for me (before it all went tits up pardon the pun). Also Vikings. The chemistry between Ragnar and Lagertha before Aslaug turned up and ruined everything was electric.

True Blood was very in your face about it but some of the couples really worked. I love Vikings. It’s very dark and intense with such complex characters. I think the female characters are particularly interesting.
