In this life, we are all entitled to guilty pleasures in movies and music. This had me thinking about my own guilty pleasures music wise. One of mine is the Spice Girls. Their music and personalities are so totally infectious. I’m not ashamed to admit to that I will sing along with Ginger, Posh, Baby, Scary and Sporty. Here’s some of their highlights.
But who are your musical guilty pleasures?

Nothing wrong with the Spice Girls mate. Though Victoria was/is hard to like, and definitely the least talented. Baby and Ginger did some good solo stuff too. This one from Emma Bunton is a big favourite of mine. 🙂 And she looks great!
Gerry was a ‘glamour model’ before she joined the band. We used to have a life-size poster of her (naked) in our Ambulance Station. 🙂
Cheers, Pete.

Baby Spice has always been my favourite. They made such catchy music that was impossible not to sing along too.

Victoria may have been the least talented singer but blimey she’s outdone them all as a clothes designer. Easy to think she traded on hubby’s name, but that only goes so far, and she’s very respected in the world of fashion. Not that I have any interest in fashion, but I do like it when someone who’s slagged off so much does well 🤣

She’s a fashion queen by all accounts. I think people give her a really rough ride. Sure she may pout, but I’ve seen interviews where she comes off as quite a funny person who doesn’t take herself too seriously. Where you a lover of the Spice Girls?

I still don’t like her. She always looks miserable. 🙂 But at least her husband makes me laugh when he speaks. 🙂

I like the Spice Girls. They were fun. I used to have guilty pleasures but nowadays, I just accept whatever has good tunes and such. As much as I dislike a lot of today’s music, every once in a while. There will be a good song here and there.

Well I will admit they were all gorgeous. But it was their personality and accessibility that made them great to me.

I’m a fan of George Micheal. He was Uber talented, and lots of gems outside the hits everyone knows.
