I never ‘got’ Cindy Crawford at all, Lloyd. Big mouth, big feet, and a very ‘American’ look. I can see why some like her, but I tend to prefer the dark-haired curvy girls from Europe.

One of the first things I said to my wife was there is no such thing as an ugly woman only a man who doesn’t see how beautiful she really is. This of course goes both ways and doesn’t apply to people with ugly souls but you get the point.

I think there are times when he comes across as arrogant. But there is no denying his talent and I gotta say he’s a handsome guy. He must have some balls to pose naked on a magazine like that.

Nice one, a cool post! Ronaldo’s in some bad-ass shape, eh? That X-Files cover was indeed a big one, in the day. Looking at it now it’s pretty tame but, hey, we were kids then.
I’d add that cover of Scarlett Johansson and Keira Knightly together and, for shits and giggles, the Janet Jackson with the hands covering her chest from behind. Fun times!

I don’t get it. Why did Michael Hutchence leave Helena Christensen for someone that was clearly nuts in Paula Yates?

He did in the early 90s after he broke things up with Kylie Minogue. Then when Hutchence went on Paula Yates’ show in 1994, that is when things got bad. The two flirted and after the episode was taped. They fucked. Let’s not forget the fact that she was married to Bob Geldolf back then.
