A while back I discussed the excellent work of Ellen Von Unwerth. She is still one of my favourite photographers and while surfing the net today, I came across a selection of her photos that somehow I hadn’t seen. As you will see from the images below, they are really sexy but they have a feeling of class and playfulness to them in my opinion. I love the pairing of Claudia Schiffer and Joseph Gordon-Levitt and the old-school style of the shots. Be sure to let me know what you make of the photographs as I love hearing different opinions.

The subjects are so easy on the eye and the concept is interesting so it would be difficult to say they are bad shots 😉

I think that photo could have been sleazy but is given a whole lot of class due to the colour and execution.

These are awesome! Cute and playful without being too overtly sexual. Love JGL. Although, to play devil’s advocate and/or listen to the feminist in me, why does the woman always have to be the one that’s wearing less clothes? 😉 But then again, it’s Claudia Schiffer. We should count ourselves lucky.

Because garter belts man. Black garter belts and hook-up stockings would make me pull the exact same face JGL has in the picture. 🙂 But seriously they’re all sexy shots. I do think guys look good in unbuttoned shirts or suits but I also agreed with you and others that if the girl is in her underwear the boy could stand to strip a bit too.

Claudia looks super sexy. Good to hear that you believe in equality in terms of nudity. I may actually showcase some male and female nudity to balance things as I always do. My favourite shot was the last one.

Love the rawness of these photos. Not just in the subject matter, but the way they were taken. It creates a certain mood that brings the viewer in.

i especially like the second foto. the look on both their faces, the tv remote, the frontal 80s style flash, and esoecially the long outstretched fingers. an excellent shot indeed. the whole shoot is fabulous.
