I thought today I’d share a music post with everyone. My music taste extend from across genres, countries and styles. I just love my music. So I though it would be good to put some of my musical choices on here for you all to listen to.
Oh I LOVE LOTR soundtrack! I quite like that Take a Bow song by Madonna too, and the music video is gorgeous. I’ve been listening to the soundtrack of CONTROL which is a biopic on Joy Division’s frontman Ian Curtis.
The LOTR soundtracks are some of the most spellbinding music I’ve ever heard. And as I’m a huge fan of Madonna, I agree about the video being gorgeously shot.
Loving this selection, especially the swing / jazz element. Although, from the list, Set fire to the third bar, is my favourite. Absolutely adore this tack 🙂
Agreed, it’s haunting in a way. I’m a huge fan of Eyes Open as an album anyway but I saw Closer at about the same time as purchasing the album so between Damien Rice’s ‘The Blowers Daughter’ and Snow Patrol, I was all about the angsty, emotional love songs!
A classy playlist, but then I wouldn’t have expected anything else. I particularly like your selection of Duke Ellington, music was his mistress and she played second fiddle to no one!
A great mix dude. Take a Bow is one of my favourite underrated Madonna songs. Love that Supergrass song. Remember listening to the cassette loads when it came out.
