Here we are with another music post of mine. I’ve been thinking recently about what makes a song sexy. Is is the voice or instrumentation? Seductive lyrics or sultry hook? Whatever it is that is what I wanted to ask everyone. Which song do you consider the sexiest? Is it an oldie that is still as passionate as ever? Or a modern track of saucy content. Please give your opinions as I really want to know.
My personal top pick for sexiest song is Wicked Game by Chris Isaak. With his crooning voice and moody bass, it is the definition of lovelorn and seductive passion. And if that wasn’t enough, there is also the famous music video that accompanied it, featuring Isaak frolicking on a beach with the lovely Helena Christensen.

I don’t know of a definitive sexy song but right now I thought of The Weeknd’s “Earned It”, Sam Smith’s “Nirvana”, Citizen Cope’s “107 Degrees” and Johnny Stimson’s “So.Good.”

Depends on the mood and what kind of sexy you are looking for… For example So Hott by Kid Rock and Closer by Nine Inch Nails. I could go on and on with all kinds of different sexy songs though.

I used to sing Wicked Game at Karaoke years ago. Still a favorite. For me more current would be Bound to you by Christina Aguilera from Burlesque.

Nearly anything by Sade sets the right mood. It’s usually our go-to when necessary, or desired. I’ve always found Eric Clapton’s acoustic version of “Layla” to be a good one too.

Wicked Game is such a great and sexy song!
The first song that comes to mind is Je T’Aime… Moi Non Plus of course. That song is pure sex.
I also really find Lana Del Rey’s music sexy, especially songs like Swan Song, Terrence Loves You, Video Games…

Wicked Games is probably my #1 favorite because it’s both sexy and romantic. And Chris Issack’s voice alone sends shivers down my spine. Some of my other picks would be: Animals/Maroon 5, I Want Your Sex/George Michael, I Touch Myself/Divinyls, Urgent/Foreigner, Pour Some Sugar On Me/Def Leppard, Climax/Usher, and Bed of Roses/Bon Jovi
