I read a lot of Ian Fleming’s books. I like the early movies with Sean Connery and the atmosphere in them match the books. 🙂

I gotta read some more of the books.

This reminds me that I have to watch through all of the Bond movies since I’ve only seen a handful.

My only Bond experiences are with Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig. And this 80s or 90s cartoon called James Bond Jr.

Well they have starred in some really good Bond adventures.

How many have you reviewed naked?

I don’t think any of them, as I wasn’t that confident back then.

By the way Finn, what kind of movies do you like?

Comprehensive indeed. Unfortunately my Bond review catalog looks pathetic compared. 🙂

Amazing post. As a huge James Bond fan, reading these different reviews on the iconic spy’s journey was akin to being high on crack.

Awesome Vinnie! I LOVE Bond too, so yeah I’ll definitely be checking out your reviews. I grew up w/ Roger Moore Bond flicks, but I have a soft spot for Timothy Dalton 😀

Thanks Ruth, as you’re a fellow Bond fan, can’t wait to hear your opinions on my reviews.

I can’t wait for this film. I’m impressed with how many you’ve reviewed. Roger is my Bond of choice, but after Skyfall I think I may be swaying.

This is great Vinnie! I’ll enjoy looking back at some of your reviews. 🙂
BTW, you should really try the books. A few years ago they were ‘re-released with scrumptious new covers!

I think I have some of the books somewhere, just haven’t had the time to read them yet Kim.

A great series of reviews, Vinnie, as I said at the time.
re: the books, I don’t know which you’ve read, but may I recommend From Russia with Love, which is really excellent, and Moonraker, which is so entirely different from the movie in every way that it’s fascinating (and, as I recall, a cracking yarn in itself). Also, Casino Royale is a really obvious recommendation because it’s the first book, but it’s genuinely a brilliant novel too.

I’m going to dig out the books and give them a read.

Wow, Vinnieh! You put in heart in your reviews. This is great. Your blog is diffidently the movie review spot. I love how detailed and organized this is. Super easy for your readers. Once again, awesome work my friend.

If I had to choose one it would be Goldfinger. Feel free to comment on some of these reviews, I love hearing what you have to say.

Confession: I have never sat through a single James Bond film or read a James Bond book. As much as I like to ogle handsome British men, it’s just never appealed to me, although I wish it did. Bond movies are, for me, one of those things I want to like but don’t, like avacados and strenuous exercise.

Well everyone is entitled to their opinion and I respect that, Bond movies aren’t for everyone. I’m a huge fan of the series but I can see why there are people that it doesn’t appeal to them. I was waiting for a saucy line and you got it with admitting to liking to ogle British men.,
